Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to assist federal
clients with business processes and system requirements related to
the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve DAI system issues and provide support for DoD/Federal
Financial Management activities
Analyze and document business processes, draft change requests, and
collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
Troubleshoot financial transaction issues and develop solutions
using business intelligence tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in accounting, business administration,
systems, engineering, or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated configuration experience with Oracle Federal
Financials
Experience with DoD/Federal Financial Management and Oracle Federal
Financials R12
Active DoD Secret clearance
