The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and general maintenance practices. This role is pivotal in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our coffee shop, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventative maintenance on coffee machines, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and other machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization.Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
