We are looking for an unlimited mechanical journeyman with a minimum of five to ten years of experience in the HVAC-R field. Must be motivated, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer top pay and excellent benefits. Responsibilities:
--- Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with existing units
--- Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee proper and secure operation of systems
--- Respond to emergency circumstances promptly and proficiently
--- Uphold all business and industry safety standards and regulations
--- Execute on-site preventive maintenance, regular repair, and calibration post-installation
--- Make use of expertise and specialized skills to figure out service needs
--- Exercise diligent safety practices on a daily basis
--- Keep an inventory of parts and materials necessary for maintenance
--- Connect with clients to deliver excellent, client-oriented service

Qualifications:
--- Proven background in working as an HVAC technician
--- Knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams
--- Physical capability to work in situations that require various safety precautions and the use of protective equipment
--- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
--- Great communication skills to converse with customers
--- Superb mechanical aptitude
--- Capacity to carry out repairs and paperwork as mandated
--- Competence to detect maintenance risks and defects in HVAC systems
--- Must have a current Oklahoma Unlimited Mechanical Journeyman License
--- Controls, chiller and boiler experience preferred, including State of Oklahoma Boiler License for "Repair, Service, Install Boilers"
