Description:Position: Punch-List Technician (Warranty Department)FLSA: Non-Exempt/HourlyHours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
General Purpose: To complete punch lists, repairs, and general maintenance to customer's homes and neighborhoodsSupervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Customer Care Manager.Supervision Exercised: None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of punch-list items for touchups & repairs to customers' homes
• Assure all repairs are done correctly & of quality
• Establish & present repair recommendations to the Customer Care Manager
• Provide status reports on open service requests
• Attend weekly construction meetings & communicate progress reports
• Conduct homeowner orientations & quality inspections
• Establish a positive rapport with customers, vendors, and Subcontractors
• Help maintain signs & general neighborhood cleanliness
• Any other duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum Qualifications for Punch-List Technician:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of work-related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual is a PlusKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:
    • Strong Maintenance and Repair background
    • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Must have working knowledge of Gmail & Google Drive
    • Must be able to confidently use a smartphone & tablet (Apple)
    • Must have professional writing skills
    • Knowledge of basic construction procedures
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Good time management skills
    • Willingness to be a member of a dedicated teamWork Environment: Driving and outside environment. The noise level is moderate but varies.
      Physical Demands: Required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop of kneel. Must be able to carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Exposure to outdoor work sites; dirt, dust, fumes, heat, cold, noise, odors, wetness, humidity, and darkness. Some bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, crawling, lifting, carrying, and walking. Subject to drive to various locations in varying weather conditions.
