Job Description:

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Receiving service calls and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
  
• Performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps
  
• Following prescribed troubleshooting procedures and referring to technical manuals and documentation
  
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals
  
• Demonstrating strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 7-10 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and overnight travel may be required
    
  • Must maintain truck inventory and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
    
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements
    
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
    
    
    Preferred qualifications include:
    
    • 
      
    • NICET Level II certification
      
    • Backflow certification
