Jim Taliaferro Community Health Center (JTCMHC) is recruiting
Recovery Support Specialists to work with the newly granted Hope
grant and will work to cultivate community-specific partnerships
that support the integration of services and supports for women
with substance abuse issues and their families. These positions
will coordinate daily activities of the grant and collaborate with
local community partners. - JTCMHC is seeking a Lead Recovery
Support Specialist, Senior Recovery Support Specialist, and a
Certified Recovery Support Specialist for this grant. Grant funded
position for a period of 3 years. Afterwards, they will be
sustained through billing and state funding.Job Type/Salary:
- Full-time position
- Lead Certified Recovery Support Specialist Salary: $40,000.00
-($19.23/hr) -plus benefits!
- ---Senior -Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist Salary:
-$38,000.00 ($18.26/hr) plus benefits!
- Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist Salary: -$34,500.00
($16.58/hr) plus benefits!
- FLSA Status: NonexemptAdditional Compensation: -Along with our
great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working
outside of normal business hours! Below is the list of shift
differential pay that you can use to boost your hourly pay rate.
You can also stack your shift differential pay. For example,
working nights on the weekends earns you an extra $6.00 an hour!
- Evening/Nights - extra $0.50/hr.
- Weekends - extra $0.75/hr.
- Holidays - extra $0.75/hr.
- On-call - $1.00/hrMinimum Qualifications and Experience: -
- Lead Certified Recovery Support Specialist: -This position
requires that the application be currently certified as a Peer
Recovery Support Specialist, high school diploma or GED,
demonstrates personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery, and four
years of PRSS experience. -
- Senior -Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: -This
position requires that the application be currently certified as a
Peer Recovery Support Specialist, high school diploma or GED,
demonstrates personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery, and two
years of PRSS experience. -
- Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist: -This position
requires that the application be currently certified as a Peer
Recovery Support Specialist, high school diploma or GED, and
demonstrates personal knowledge in advocacy in recovery. -Benefit
