Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Business Operations
Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate strategic planning, business and workforce
plan development, and special projects
Lead the creation and facilitation of business plans, budget
analysis, and change management initiatives
Manage data analysis and reporting for business operations,
including tracking key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in strategic consulting and change management,
preferably in healthcare
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a large
organization
Strong executive presence and ability to present data-driven
insights to stakeholders
