Summary
Supervise Team Members, maintain Prepared Foods displays, and support the Prepared Foods Team Leader and Associate Team Leaders to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
  
• Work with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members.
  
• Assist in training of new Team Members.
  
• Maintain cases and shelves.
  
• Open and close the department according to procedures.
  
• Ensure breaks for Team Members.
  
• Communicate team concerns.
  
• Set and achieve retail execution standards.
  
• Foster a positive team environment.
  
• Direct Team Members to satisfy customer needs.
  
• Provide performance evaluations.
  
• Communicate WFM vision and goals.

    Physical Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
      
    • Standing/walking for 6-8 hours.
      
    • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
      
    • Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
      
    • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures.
      
    • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
