GIS Analyst job in Oklahoma City

Job Description:

Modis is searching for a skilled GIS Analyst to join one of our client companies in Oklahoma City.  Once in position, this individual will use ArcGIS to create data sets, maps, services and web map applications.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• 
  

• Use AutoCAD systems to prepare detailed drawings from sketches and specifications from engineers, architects, and designers
• Prepare complete and accurate plans, detailed drawings, and maps from rough or detailed sketches or notes
• Reproduce plans, detailed drawings, maps, and/or bid packages
• Prepare resource guides, operating procedures, project status reports, weekly work schedules, and travel requests and summaries
• Assist in development, oversight, and management of GIS/GPS quality assurance
• Provide technical and administrative support to the Director of Information Technology

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in with GIS mapping and have excellent communication and team skills.

At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:

• 
  

• ArcGIS 9.x
• Geocortex
• Data Mapping
