Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Service Operator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service by answering Team Members' questions
regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Educate Team Members on payroll policies and HR guidelines to
ensure compliance and quality
Transfer complex issues to HR Service Specialists or Supervisors as
necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred) or equivalent
experience
2+ years of related experience and/or training
Working knowledge of personal computers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
