Job Description:

Set leadership standards for Meat & Seafood team profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance. Develop and mentor Associate Team Leaders and Team Members. Responsibilities:

• Set retail execution standards.
• Build a positive work environment.
• Select, train, and counsel Team Members.
• Model outstanding customer service.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Develop creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Achieve sales, margin, expense, and labor targets.
• Maintain proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ensure proper equipment operation and sanitation.
• Keep cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Proficient mathematical skills to calculate margin, monitor profitability, and manage inventory.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with computer applications and programs.
