  Provide coordinated care across all age groups, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document patient progress.
  Assess and treat patients, maintain documentation, develop new therapy programs, communicate with patients, families, and staff, and contribute to departmental operations.

  Education:
  Graduate from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

  Licensing/Certification:
  Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy (PT) License is required

  Two years of experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings, which indicates the need for familiarity with various patient care scenarios and therapy methods.
