Mercy Clinic 65 Prime Plus - - Edmond I-35 South -2301 W I 35 Frontage RdEdmond, Oklahoma 73013 -Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1700 -No weekends or holidays! - -Mercy 65 Prime+ Clinics are a new primary care service designed specifically for Medicare beneficiaries. Patients receive extended office visit times and closer monitoring of chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) in this clinic, you will work closely with the providers to triage incoming calls/messages, educate patients, follow-up with patients, and assist with various clinic tasks as needed. -LPN Qualifications:

• Education: - Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Licensure: Active LPN licenseRN Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree
  • Licensure: Active RN license -Highly Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
    • Experience working with geriatric populations.
    • Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
    • Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
    • Excellent time management and prioritization.
