Overview: Compensation

• $28 flat rate
• Evening differential $2.00/hr.
• Night differential $2.50/hr.
• Weekend differential $2.50/hr. Ortho/Spine is a 32 bed unit specializing in orthopedic patients. We have disease specific certification from the Joint Commission in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement and Hip Fx patients which deems us a center of excellence. We also care for Total Shoulder and Ankle patients as well as other fractures. We also care for low level cardiac patients and some med-surg patients. Responsibilities:
  • Performs a variety of unit based technical tasks in caring for adult and geriatric patients. Qualifications: Education
    • Completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse. Experience
      • Prefer previous hospital experience.
      • Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary.
      • If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance. (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure/Certification.
        • Current Oklahoma State LPN License.
        • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
        • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
