  --- Number of Beds: 15 labor beds, 7 ante and 4 pre/post
  --- Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 2:1; estimates, not guarantees
  --- Equipment: external fetal monitoring
  --- EMR: EPIC
  Hiring Profile:
  --- Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of labor experience at a hospital that delivers 350-400 monthly
  --- Preferred Skillset/Experience: ACLS, PALS
