About the Role:Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and special laboratory procedures, including quality control and preventative maintenance.
• Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement, laboratory education, and new employee training.
• Maintain certification in a specific area, such as M(ASCP), H(ASCP), or C(ASCP), and comply with regulatory requirements.Requirements:
  • Current knowledge of clinical laboratory techniques and principles.
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technology, or a chemical, physical, or biological science degree.
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Scientist within a clinical laboratory.
