• Certification Details
• ACLS required for Tele/PCU, ER, ICU/CCU, PACU, OR
• Preferred but not required for Observation unit
• BLS (Healthcare Provider) required for all units
• NRP required for NICU, L&D, & Post Partum units
• Fetal Heart Monitoring Certificate required for L&D unit
• Tech cert verification required for tech positions only
• State License 1 Verification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Unit specific Comp Exam must be submitted with the file
