About the RoleHillcrest Hospital Pryor seeks a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures, scheduling procedures, and handling patient support equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures and schedule procedures as needed.
  • Initiate new procedures and transport patients as required.
  • Handle telephone calls for scheduling patients and answer questions related to reports of exams.
  • Assist physicians with invasive procedures and administer basic C.P.R. as needed.
  • Help maintain a high standard of imaging and ensure a thorough knowledge of nuclear medicine physics, anatomy, and positioning.Requirements
    • Vocational/Technical degree in nuclear medicine technology.
    • Registered or registry eligible in nuclear medicine technology.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
    • One year of experience in nuclear medicine technology is preferred.
