Job Description:

About the Role:We are seeking a Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital South. As a CST, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team in preparing patients for surgery and maintaining a sterile environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Understand the surgery schedule workflow and be available to meet the needs for room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning.Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Active BLS certification
- Possess an accredited Surgical Technologist Certification or be willing and eligible to obtain it within the first six months of employment
