  • Hillcrest Medical Center includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.Responsibilities:
    • Commit to a 12-week assignment of 36 hours per week or 72 hours per pay period.
    • Perform patient care activities involving basic knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, surgical principles, anatomy and physiology, and surgical instrument care.
    • Assist the Registered Nurse CV Coordinator in CV-specific processes.
    • Follow Universal Precaution Guidelines, including time-out and safety measures.
    • Ensure effective turnover for CV surgeries and maintain a clean CV operating room, including inventory management.Job Requirements:
      • Current Certified Surgical Technologist certification from the NBSTSA.
      • Active BLS certification.
      • One-year recent hospital CVOR experience.
