Job Description:
- Certification Details
- Proof of I9 or Attestation required.
- Proof of Everify or Attestation required.
- Residency Declaration Form may be required if nurse is working
on a compact license.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and State License verification
required.
- Advanced and Basic Life Support certifications from ARC, AHA,
or United States Department of Defense only.
- Certain certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC,
ENPC, and NIH Stroke Certification required for specific
positions.
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as
appropriate for profession.
- Color Blind Testing Online required for all clinical
candidates.
- Flu Medical Exemption or Declination - subject to facility
review/approval.
