Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Health and Fitness Specialist to join our Chickasaw Youth Club Health and Fitness Sub Unit 1 team located at the Youth & Family Building working .

Summary:

Works to serve the Health & Fitness program and perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities:
* Communicates with other team members, departments, guests and management
- Shares general and important information
- Listens to others
- Follows divisional, departmental and organizational protocols
* Attends trainings and meetings as directed
* Employee speaks frequently to schools, community organizations, churches, youth groups, etc. to provide standard program information
* Assists with other departments and their programs and services
* Ensures the cleanliness and enforces rules within the Chickasaw Youth Clubs
* Recruit participants for progams/activities
* Prepares reports as needed or requested
* Prepares weekly reports
* Committed to encourage and motivate others to exercise and maintain healthy lifestyle through example
* Performs all other duties as assigned
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
