  • OK / multistate compact--License
  • 2 years of experience
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA PALS
  • Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program
  • Successful completion of "Vascular Access Device Selection, Insertion and Management" online course offered by Bard Access Systems within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred
