Job Description:

Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Description: We are looking for a Licensure Physical Therapy Assistant who can perform selected physical therapy procedures and related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. New Grads are welcome to apply. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult, and geriatric. Candidate must have a new Lawton address and must relocate to be eligible. (Not Elgin, Cache, or the surrounding areas). The Assistant will treat patients with modalities and exercises in accordance with the patient's medical needs and with an approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation of daily notes and discharge data. Medical Specialties: Home Health/ Rehab Work setting: Outpatient/ Inpatient Requirement: Must have permanent Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant or have Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure. - Required BLS Certification - Required Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $25 - $28 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
