Facility Requirements: Must have BLS & NIH certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted Must have 2 years recent Inpatient Acute Rehab experience in a hospital setting Must have Oklahoma RN license, must be attached to resume Candidate will need to have their OK fingerprints
