Gentle Dental is searching for a part time or full time General Dentist in the Oklahoma City area. - Guaranteed annual income of $205,000 + signing bonuses up to $20,000 + unlimited bonus -earning potential based on production rates Up to $20,000 sign on bonus and $7,500 relocation bonus. NO production targets - Flexible work schedules that include both full and part time opportunities supporting your individual needs - Mentorship and development including generous in house CE and outside CE credits, as well as local clinical mentorship -The latest in dental technology including 3D iTero scanners and lasers (with in house certification programs)- Full practice management support with marketing, patient flow, and administrative support to allow Doctors to focus on patients and provide work-life balance - Company provided insurance including malpractice, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term and long term disability - Competent and supportive team of dental professionals, (including dental hygienists, dental assistants, treatment coordinators, practice managers, and in house dental specialists) there to support and drive quality patient care Fully staffed office with a team of experienced Hygienists and Dental Assistants in place Providing comprehensive dental services - Guaranteed annual compensation of $205,000 for full time plus substantial monthly bonus based on percentage of production Up to $20,000 signing bonus Up to $7,500 relocation bonus H1B, TN, or Greencard sponsorship Full time and Part time positions available Flexible work schedules Healthcare package (Medical, Dental, Vision)- Short and long term disability -401K and additional Pre-tax saving plan - Additional CE credits and partial License and DEA reimbursement after 2 years - Accredited Dental School Graduate Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment) About Gentle Dental: At Gentle Dental, we value our teammate's smile as much as our patient's smile. - Our vision is to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services.
