Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: Mammography Job Duration: Not specified Shift: Day - 8x5 - 08A - 04P - 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Completion of an accredited 2 or 4-year program in Sonography accredited by either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Training (JRCERT) required. License: Registered Technologist in Mammography specialty and tomosynthesis qualifications required. Certifications: BLS required. ARRT certification required. Must-Have: Stereotactic and/or DEXA experience preferred. Job Description: - Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms. - Conduct necessary quality assurance tasks for equipment. - Assist physicians with biopsy procedures as needed. - Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring safety for both patients and healthcare providers. - Collaborate with physicians and physician offices to ensure that patients receive the best possible care for their treatment plan. - Occasionally work half days on Saturdays.
