This includes maintaining professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care, coordinating patient care with other departments, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. The Clinical Coordinator is cross trained in various clinical areas and may serve in a leadership role directing co-workers, evaluating staffing needs, and acting as a liaison for physicians and families. The role also involves monitoring productivity standards and may require some on-call hours. -Incentives:Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departmentsRelocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments.Stay Premium Program- based on years of Mercy serviceEducation AssistanceUp to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nursesTuition Reimbursement $2,000 per yearDay-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurancePTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNsEmployer-Matched Retirement Funds Shift Differentials -Qualifications:Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. -(Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Required Experience: -One year of direct patient careLicensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex.
