  • PCU RN Nights. Med Surg unit with higher acuity, no drips.
  • Start Date: November
  • Shift: Days (3x12s)
  • Ratios: 1:4
  • Years of Experience REQ: 2 years experience required in a hospital setting;
  • Weekend REQ: Yes; minimum of 4 wknd shifts in a 4-week period
  • Is on-call REQ: No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? No
  • Locals Accepted: Yes
  • Pending License Accepted: No
  • RTO Restrictions: No Holiday RTO; max 5 total days in 13 week assignment. No additional RTO after the time of submittal or while working on contract.

  • Special Requirements: Cardiac (need self-rating of 3 or above); basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above)
  • Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Altered mental status, CHF, stroke, ortho, surgical patients, DKA, infections
  • Compliance call out: Travelers must commit to going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing!

    • Must be able to handle a patient ratio of 1:4
    • BLS & ACLS required; NIH preferred
    • Minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period
    • Cardiac self-rating of 3 or above
    • Basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above)
