Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to enhance
healthcare tools and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business operations and technology teams to
establish objectives and identify opportunities for
improvements
Develop and implement a technology roadmap for optimizing bids,
benefits management, and claims processing
Manage product improvement backlog and leverage analytics to drive
data-informed decisions and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7+ years of product management or development experience
Experience in an insurance health plan organization, particularly
in benefits management and claims processing
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve
business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL preferred
Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and synthesize input
into actionable plans
