Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal to oversee
legal activities and manage a team within the legal department.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex customer and partner
contracts
Support global sales, channel, and customer success teams in
managing contracting and dispute processes
Manage direct reports and ensure a safe and legal work
environment
Required Qualifications:
Fully qualified lawyer or similar qualification
8+ years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably in
technology
Strong understanding of GDPR and global data privacy laws
Experience with public sector contracting preferred
Demonstrated operational mindset to support scalable internal
practices
