Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee the client team
to ensure value delivery
Manage the client accounting process, including financial
reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
Conduct monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client
meetings with insights and coaching
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
administration
10 years of experience at a Controller or Director of Finance level
in a SaaS firm
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license
preferred
Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and
technologies
