Job Description:
The job description is for a Regional Portfolio Manager
responsible for managing a group of assets. This individual will
enforce FPI Management policies and procedures, meet client
expectations based on operating budgets and management agreements,
and conduct file reviews, physical inspections, and interact with
regulatory agencies. The job requires a minimum of 3 years
experience with affordable housing programs, affordable housing
accreditation, and 2 years experience in a similar leadership role
in a property management environment. The Regional Portfolio
Manager must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in
English and be proficient in using various software such as Yardi,
Weblisters, and G-Suite. The job is based in Tulsa, OK and offers
