The Opportunity

As our Quality Assurance Manager, your mission is to make sure that everything is done right. You'll be responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that everyone in the company is properly trained and that all processes are followed exactly as they should be. You'll be the person who ensures that the entire production operation runs like a well-oiled machine, with no detail overlooked.




What You'll Do:

• Ensure Process Adherence: You will make sure that every process in place is being followed correctly and consistently by every team member. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. - - - -
• Maintain and Enforce the QMS: You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards and other regulations, keeping our Quality Management System running smoothly, and updating it as needed. - - - -
• Ensure Training Compliance: You will track and ensure that every employee is fully trained for their role. You'll collaborate with department heads to keep training programs effective and up-to-date. - - - -
• Conduct Quality Audits: You will lead regular internal audits to ensure process compliance, enforce strict adherence to standards, and identify any areas for improvement.

  • Expert in Quality Systems: You have extensive experience with QMS standards like AS9100 or ISO9001, and you have the expertise to manage and enforce these systems in a high-performance environment. - - - -
  • Training Focused: You understand that proper training is the foundation of process adherence. You make sure everyone knows how to do their job right and you ensure that training records are always up to date. - - - -
  • Committed to Consistency: For you, consistency is key. You make sure that the same high standards are applied across the board, ensuring smooth and predictable operations day in and day out.
