Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a team of stylists at one of its locations. The ideal candidate will have a winning attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  
• Recruit, train, and develop new stylists
  
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  
  Requirements:

  • Cosmetology or barber license
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
