This position actively contributes insights and recommendations for enhancements to departmental processes and procedures specifically related to family engagement. This position collaborates with district initiatives in creating a culture and climate that explicitly recognizes family engagement as a fundamental cornerstone of student success.Minimum Qualifications:Education:--- Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, education, or related field--- Master's degree in education or related field of social sciences from an accredited educational institution preferredExperience:--- Five (5) years of experience in educational administration--- Previous experience in K-12 school settings that serve low-income students and communities--- Previous teaching experience in a special education classroom
