Job Description:
A company is looking for an E-Mail Marketing Strategist to
enhance engagement and lead generation through email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email workflows and campaigns focusing on
customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
Identify opportunities for new automation workflows and coordinate
messaging with design, content, and sales teams
Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI
using data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, with at least
2 years in a leadership role
Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo,
or Pardot
Proven track record of developing successful email marketing
strategies
Hands-on experience with advanced segmentation and A/B testing
