System One is assisting a Tulsa Family Office with a search for a Family Office Tax Accountant. Will work with a great team and support multiple entities. Growth opportunities and competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities: Involved with the preparation and support for the filing of various tax returns including income tax, sales & use tax, property tax, etc.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial analysis and reconciliations
Provide information in support of internal and external audits
Continuously look for ways to improve processes through automation
Take ownership of fixed asset and related depreciation accounting and reporting
Stay current on changing tax laws, industry developments and accounting best practices

Requirements: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of tax experience in public accounting, experience in a family office or working with multiple entities a plus
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus (can have a Bachelor's degree in a related field but then CPA is required)
Advanced in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems
Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Experience with reconciliations, financial analysis and tax reporting
Organized with strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

Salary: $75K - $100K
