Position and Company Highlights: Financial Paraplanner
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 base salary plus 15% bonus potential
Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM Friday
Location: This is an in-person position that is client-facing, located in Tulsa at 2222 S Utica Place.

Purpose of Position of Financial Paraplanner:
This position will work with experienced financial planners, providing financial planning and investment advisory support. Key responsibilities include preparation of financial plans, information gathering for clients, and coordination of client service needs with team members.
Principal Accountabilities of Financial Paraplanner:

Works with clients to gather information and input in planning software
Provides support for processing client service needs
Builds relationships and instills confidence with Financial Planners and Wealth Advisors
Acts with the highest level of professionalism
Adheres to the Service Level Agreement with regards to timeliness of response/delivery of plans
Works with the Director of Financial Planning, executive committee, and compliance in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives of the firm pertaining to Financial Planning
Works with client service team to provide an exceptional client experience
Researches financial planning questions and legislative changes
Crosstrain with Wealth Advisors


Requirements of Financial Paraplanner:

Bachelor's Degree - Minimum
